So, there seems to be a whole bunch of “fan art” on this blog. Maybe too much? I’ d like to show more of my own creations, and this is one of them. One of my big projects this year is a comic book that I have been developing for a long, long time. I’ll share more of the story and character details once I feel comfortable in presenting them.

A few more selected cards from the growing collection. I’m now officially selling these guys at LEGEND COMICS on 52nd and Leavenworth. They’re all original drawings for $5 a piece! Not to shabby. And while you’re there, grab a crispy, bubbly, old timey phosphate at LEGEND COFFEE!

My comic book, “Lunch”, is still available too! It’s a great all ages humor book with three short stories written and illustrated by me.

I’ve become a sketch card MACHINE!! These are too much fun to keep to myself, so I plan on selling them soon. And this is just a taste of what I’ve done so far. If you have any suggestions for characters you’d like to see get sketch-carded by this moi, let me know by leaving a comment. Bye.

Farmers Hands

A new blog that I’ve started is now listed in my links. It’s called Farmers Hands, and it’s mostly for my own entertainment. If you happen to enjoy it, then that is purely coincidental. Farmers Hands explores the psyche of a man surrounded by land, plants, animals, and obviousness. He has a hard time making sense of it.

Congratulations to the lucky so n’ so that got the original drawing of these turtles at Contagion! It was my favorite item on my art auction panel. Contagion was a blast! I had a great time at my artist table and loved talking to everyone that stopped by. Thanks to all the generous attendees that bought a print and/or book. You guys made it all worth while by taking a chance on something new and unfamiliar. Thank you so much. Let’s hope we can all do this again next year.

Oh, and here’s the amazing banner that hanged behind me all weekend. Thanks to my pals at Aksarben Signs for helping me with this.
